Your memories belong to you.
Stamp’d privacy notice · October 5, 2026
Stamp’d is a private shared-photo scrapbook operated by Kevin Naderian.
What we store
Your name, email address, authentication information, uploaded photos, captions, stamps, comments and their author/timestamps, scrapbook membership, and invitation codes and optional recipient account/email are stored to provide the app. Convex provides hosting, authentication infrastructure, database, and file storage. Expo provides app builds and over-the-air software updates and may process ordinary network and device information to deliver them.
Sharing
Scrapbook data is available to its invited members. Invitations expire after 24 hours and can be used once. An owner can restrict an invitation to an existing Stamp’d account and can revoke invitations or remove collection members. Joining grants access only to that collection. Members may add comments and download the uploaded JPEG photo. Removing access does not retract copies or direct photo URLs someone already obtained. Direct photo URLs are bearer links: anyone you share one with may access that image. The service is not end-to-end encrypted. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
Reports and blocking
You can report a photo or comment to a private Stamp’d support queue. The operator may inspect the reported item, its attribution and your report note to handle the concern. Other collection members cannot view reports. Blocking persists until you unblock: it removes the blocked person from collections you own, or leaves common collections you do not own, after a warning. Contributed memories remain, and unblocking does not restore membership.
Photos and your device
Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to add a photo. The app resizes photos to a maximum edge of 2,200 pixels and uploads a JPEG copy; it is not an original-quality backup. Your camera-roll originals are unchanged. Pending uploads are stored on your device until shared.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your uploaded photos inside a scrapbook. You can delete your account from Your account in the app. Originals and saved film-edit history remain while a memory exists, including after filter reset, leaving, blocking or hiding. Explicit photo/account deletion removes its linked original/current/history files from active storage and known associated app-managed copies on that phone. This removes your account, uploaded photos and their captions, your stamps, and comments you authored from active storage. Your camera-roll originals and exported/downloaded copies are unchanged. Deleting a photo also removes its comments. Shared scrapbooks transfer to a remaining member. Service backups and operational logs may be retained according to provider retention practices; deletion from active storage does not promise immediate removal from every backup.
